Later that Day - The Park
Delia walks in front of Gillian, the feral form corgi wearing a guide dog vest. No reason, beyond she found it funny to do it that way when Gillian is 'walking' her.
Gillian blinks, watching Delia walk by. "...it is cute. But we could probably find you some cuter outfits for that form if you wanted~"
Delia giggles, as usual only paying the lightest of lip service to keeping up the illusion of actually being a dog: "Well, I'm not going to say no..." She glances around the path, the pair being seemingly alone in the small park for the moment, an odd spot of calm in the middle of the day.
Gillian giggles, wearing a simple skirt and blouse, her apron removed at the moment while she's on break. She reaches down to lift up the corgi and set her down on her lap. "I think it'd be fun, but I do like dressing up. Both me and you."
Delia eep's, giggling some more: "We-eell, when you put it that way..." She gives Gillian's snout a lick: "Sure." Definitely just a loving dog and her owner. Deeefinitely.
Gillian giggles back as Delia's tongue tickles her nose. She scritches at the corgi's ears, "I don't know if I could find a maid dress your size..."
Delia blushes under her fur: "A maid dress...?"
Gillian shrugs, "Well that's my favorite... I mean... I guess I did spend a long time as a maid, so it just feels comfortable to me in a weird way." She glances away awkwardly, "Maybe that's weird? But I think it'd be cute."
Delia hums, then nods: "I can live with weird and cute." She gives Gillian's chest a nuzzle before jumping back down on the path.
Gillian snorts, laughing as she gives Delia one last pat before the corgi jumps down, "I'd hope so, since you do live with me now. And I'm... oh gosh I didn't mean to just outright say I'm cute." She probably didn't, the goat is a bit shy about complimenting herself, "B-But, um... I am a bit weird."
Delia smirks: "You are cute. There, now I said it so you're safe implying you are." She flicks her tail: "Should we start heading back?"
Gillian still blushes, but slowly nods, standing up from the park bench, "I can be, sometimes, I suppose.... and yes, I suppose we should."
Delia glances around, then seeing no one, shifts into anthro form despite lacking clothes. She hugs the Satyr: "I can set the table, this time."
Gillian gasps a bit, glancing around the park as she hugs Delia back, "D-Delia! You're in public! T-the scandal..." She glances down at her girlfriend, blushing heavily.
Delia lets go, then shifts back to feral form just as quickly: "Just wanted to give you that, love."
Gillian giggles, still blushing from the naked hug, "N-not complaining about the hug... th-though I am glad it doesn't hurt you to shift down into that form, love."
Delia nods as she continues walking: "It's weird how it has worked for me, but I'll take it." She gives a small sigh: "Not that I have options."
Gillian follows closely, glancing down at Delia with a frown. "But plenty of support." She pauses, thinking, "You did mention that you might have an option before, the other night when you changed all the way back human."
Delia blinks, then pauses to think... Then shakes her head. "Maybe. It is a bit of a long shot, but... I guess it's not completely impossible that someone else somewhere, outside of Ad-Hoc, has found a solution."
Gillian listens, nodding, expression dropping a little, "Oh... I thought maybe it was something expensive, or dangerous... but you don't even know if it's a thing. Guess if you'd found a solution, you'd have pursued it already. It's such a hard thing for me to think about sometimes... if I could do something to just... become human... would I? Would that make life easier? Would it make the doubts in my head go quiet? But I was never human to begin with, which makes it a much weirder question."
Delia looks over her shoulder and gives a small canine smile: "Hard questions I've spent half my life trying to answer. And I just don't know."
Gillian sighs, smiling back. "Well... at least you won't be alone in not knowing... but if you look into it and find anything, I'll support whatever you decide, of course."
Delia gives a soft, warm laugh as she turns to nuzzle Gillian's leg. "I know. But thank you anyway. After you saw... Well, me, I have not had a sliver of doubt anymore."
