NESSETH'S HOUSE - EARLY EVENING

----------------------------------------------

Erika walks towards Nesseth's house, holding a basket of tasty treats in one hand while holding certain roo's hand with the other. She gives Mirriam a mischievous grin: "It's probably about time we distracted him like this. Been a while."

Mirriam giggles, swishing her tail side to side as the two go, nodding a bit. "Agreed, cher~ Poor lizzard got all kinds'a worked up with that coatl insanity. I couldn' be much more help other'n a distraction, but I c'n do recovery surprises right proper!"

Erika laughs softly: "Not that it even matters why. He deserves some lovin' attention anyway." She pauses: "And food. Let's not forget food."

Mirriam grins, squeezing Erika's hand and walking a bit closer to the okapi. "Oh, we can get him real hungry 'n such before the food comes int'a play, if tha's how ya feelin', beau~."

Erika smirks: "Both. I like both." She leads Mirriam to the door and quietly opens it, hoping they can catch the lizard napping or something of the sort.

Mirriam lets go of Erika's hand to let her enter the building first, resisting the temptation to give her a playful pat on the rear as they go. Making the tall lady squeak might ruin their surprise after all. "After you, cher."

Narrator: When the door opens, there's a bit of faint music coming from the hallway leading to the bedroom and bathroom. It's quiet and mellow, and the sort of thing one would likely listen to while just relaxing. Nesseth's nowhere to be seen in the main area of the house.

Erika gives Mirriam a questioning look upon hearing the music, then starts going towards the sound. Still trying to not spoil the surprise too much, she stays quiet.

Mirriam hums, nodding to Erika and following close behind her as they sneak through the house toward the source of their lead. She whispers, "Think he's a little ah... 'Busy' with Vix or some'n?"

Erika stifles a giggle: "I hope... actually dunno what I'm hoping. Yes? No?" She shrugs with a grin.

Narrator: There doesn't seem to be any sounds indicating any sort of 'activities' going on in the bedroom aside from the music, but the door is shut, which might be muffling any sort of quieter sounds.

Mirriam grins back, nodding toward the door the music seems to be coming from the clearest. "Well, tha's the right room for whichever fun we'll find~" She reaches for the knob, turning it slowly to avoid the click.

Erika nods at Mirriam and peers over the roo's shoulder to see...

Nesseth is currently in the room, upside-down, dressed in the entire outfit that Vix got for him, with his legs holding him securely to the pole that the crafty feline set up some time ago. His eyes are closed at the moment as he listens to the music, though he slowly moves himself around the pole in graceful, calculated movements. He's currently exercising, with a bonus of the movements generally helping to loosen up the tension in his back.

Mirriam blinks at what she's witnessing, blocking the doorway just in her somewhat stunned silence, before giving Erika a side-eye glance. She bites her lip to keep from giggling, very slowly creeping into the room and parking herself on the edge of a short table by the wall to witness this.

Erika stares. For a second she just stares, before returning the glance at Mirriam and finding a similar smile creeping on her face as well. She moves to the other side of Mirriam, just staring in quiet - if slightly amused - awe.

Nesseth furrows his brow a little as he continues to move, and he gives his upper body a little jerk as he moves. He grunts a bit as a dull crack sounds from somewhere around his midsection, and he sighs in relief, hanging loosely for a few moments before he continues his careful dance around the pole.

Mirriam manages to stifle a bit of a giggle, shaking her head. "Well tha' sounded satisfyin'~"

Erika nods in agreement: "Mmmhm~."

Nesseth blinks his eyes open upon hearing Mirriam's comment, and he spends a moment staring at the roo and okapi before he forgets to keep his legs secure on the pole. He's about to comment before gravity takes over, and he flops to the floor. "W-who the h-- aaggh!"

Erika fails to stifle her giggle this time: "Eep! A-are you okay?" The okapi is clearly rather amused by the situation and is pretty sure the lizard is fine minus the surprise.

Mirriam giggles in tandem with Erika, though she gets up to saunter closer to Nesseth, peering at his upside-down face. "Don' go pushin that there spine all back out of right, hon."

Nesseth grunts again as he gets his senses back after the unexpected meeting with the floor. "M'fine... just... give me a moment..." He wiggles a little, then slowly rolls over into a sitting position, "Whew... how long were you two there?"

Erika shrugs: "A few moments. Or couple more?" She steps closer with a smile: "Sorry. You looked too good to interrupt."

Mirriam chuckles, looking Nesseth's outfit over with a shameless gaze. "I c'n agree to ya lookin' good~ Flashy outfit fer doin' tha' alone, hmm?"

Erika glances at Mirriam: "Well, better than finding him naked." She pauses. "Well, better for him, I guess~."

Nesseth smiles a bit as he gives his limbs a little stretch to loosen up a little more, but he doesn't shy away from the looks he's getting from the two. "I mean, this thing doesn't exactly conceal much, does it? It was just a little something Vix got for me while teaching me how to dance on the pole. It's good exercise, and it helps loosen my back up."

Mirriam tilts her head a little, chuckling a bit. "Ah mean, 'course it's good fer you, so it's good. Can't help but wondah if'n she d'nt teach ya just to ogle ya a bunch, too. I know I would've."

Erika shrugs: "Yeah, me too. Though I can just ask him to help me in the garden, does the same thing." She gives Nesseth a cheeky grin.

Nesseth chuckles and grins at the two as he finishes stretching, then goes to stand up. "Well, if you two want to see what I've learned, just to ogle or whatever, I could oblige one day." He looks between Mirriam and Erika with a curious expression, "What brings you two by today?"

Mirriam reaches up and brushes her hand on Nesseth's arm as he gets up, cooing. "Ooh, that feels comfortable. Oh! We brought ya snacks ta 'elp ya unwind, though ya seem to have the unwindin' bit covered. We brought food, too."

Erika giggles: "What she means is we came here to eat with you. And enjoy food."

Nesseth moves a little closer as Mirriam feels his arm (and the fabric covering it), letting her feel as much as she wants. "It's a really nice fabric. Loose and light, and pretty soft, too!" He grins at Erika, "So... an evening indoor picnic? That's sweet of you two~"

Erika can't help herself and also touches the piece Nesseth has on... somewhere on his back, anyway. "Ooh, yeah. I like."

Mirriam giggles, giving Nesseth a quick kiss. "We do like ta spoil ya, after all. Least half as much as ya spoil us." She moves to the table, opening the basket up and peeking inside. "Lots'a treats ta get your energy back up."

Nesseth smiles at the kiss, and teases the tip of his tail against Erika's calf for a moment as she examines the cloth on his back. "Sounds like a great way to spend an evening, really." He chuckles again as he sneaks a quick kiss on both Mirriam and Erika, "If you two like the outfits, you could probably ask Vix where she got them from."

Erika grins with just a bit of a blush: "I'd use too much fabric for all that~." Nevermind that she's currently rather her usual short on fabrics used on her.

Mirriam hums at this, considering it for a moment. "Dunno how good somethin' sheer or whatever that is looks on thick fur, but could ask. Wouldn' hurt nothin'." She steps up behind Erika, running her hands up her sides with a grin at Nesseth. "Erika's got a point, too. She'd actually be wearin' more with tha' outfit."

Nesseth looks Erika up and down a bit with a smile. "Mmh, true, on both counts. Though... Vix does make it work with her fur, at least. It's a thought, though~" He spreads his arms out to either side, grinning, "Besides, I never thought I'd make this look good, and yet here we are~"

Erika shivers at Mirriam's touch, grinning: "W-well, you're handsome enough to make a potato bag look good, so doesn't count~." She cranes her neck enough to steal a kiss from Mirriam: "Mm, right?"

Mirriam blushes, kissing Erika back. "Ay~" She teases her fingers along the edges of Erika's clothes before stepping back and sticking her tongue out. "Maybe food first~? I imagine Nesseth's already a bit hungry. Any news from the wall, cher~? Other'n the bird boats. Been hearin' a lot about them, so much of it sounds like nonesense."

Nesseth gives the two a sly look as he watches Mirriam's wandering fingers. "Careful, or we might go for the dessert before we even get to eating the meal you two brought." He chuckles and shakes his head, "As for word on the walls, thankfully, it's been pretty quiet. Louma's sister arrived recently, and it's been funny watching the two snipe at each other, but nothing else of note."

Erika raises an eyebrow: "Louma has a sister? Huh. Though I guess I'm no one to say about Sisters suddenly appearing..." She shrugs and gives Mirriam a wink: "Maybe food first, then."

Mirriam busies hersself over the basket for a few seconds, her tail brushing up Nesseth's inner thigh until it stops suddenly, her turning to look at him. "The fake coatl has siblings? Well as long's she's at odds with the Cap'n, guess that's fine. I should meet her, if'n she really does dislike Louma. We'd get along swimmin'ly."

Nesseth squirms a little, his tail returning the favor along Mirriam's leg even as he gives Erika another teasing little kiss on her neck. But he stops and nods at Mirriam in response. "Yeah, black swan snake lady by the name of Leana."

Erika hums: "And somehow I didn't see her yet. Huh." She shrugs, smiling: "Eh, whatever. Food!" She joins Mirriam at picking up random snacks and fruits and baked stuffs from the basket.

Mirriam seems to not notice Nesseth's tail as she absorbs the gossip instead. "Well, sure she'll be nearly as obvious as Louma is, ay? Jus' look for a black swan snake thing showin' off'n flyin' round the city."

Nesseth nods as he moves to join the two at the basket to see what kinds of foods they've brought along. He sidles up between the two and wraps an arm each around their shoulders as he leans in curiously. "Yeah, she stands out pretty readily. So! What kinds of goodies did you two bring along~?"

Erika shrugs: "The usual. Some warm stuff, some fruit, a bit of candy. Take your pick." She picks up a banana and starts peeling it: "So! Nothing else of note from the wall or any of your other dozing spots, then?"

Mirriam nods, wrapping her tail around Nesseth's leg as she leans over the basket and considers what to nibble on.

Nesseth slides his arm off of Mirriam in exchange for his tail teasing up along her leg again, and he reaches in to grab a sweetbread roll, which he immediately starts to nibble on. "Nothing in particular. It's been blessedly slow as of late."

Erika smiles, nuzzling first Nesseth, then Mirriam on the neck: "Well good. Nothing is very good thing to have going on, right now."

Mirriam giggles at Erika's nuzzle, kissing her on the cheek. "Yes, ya deserve some quiet. Not t'night though. T'night we're gonna watch ya dance a bit, then see where we go from there~"

Nesseth chuckles and smirks as he glances between the two. "Lucky for you two, I've already got a general routine for dancing worked out. It's more for exercise, but it should be pretty exciting for you two, too~"

Erika smiles at Nesseth: "Should be very enlightening for all of us, yes~."

Mirriam giggles, popping an apricot in her mouth as she turns to look at the pole. "Agreed~ Would ya mind if'n I give it a try while ya refuel?"

Erika blinks: "...I like this idea~."

Nesseth winks at Mirriam and nods. "If you want to, go for it~" He looks down at Mirriam's legs, "I'd say you need to have good leg strength for it, but... I think you and Erika both have me beat in the legs department already~"

Mirriam grins, taking a second apricot before sauntering over to the pole. She sheds her shirt, tossing it aside before taking hold of the pole and getting a bit of a stretch in with her back to the others. "It'll be a nice warmup~"

Erika sits down to have a good look and perspective at Mirriam's poledancing attempt. The evening continues in terms of snackery and other tomfoolery. Indoor picnic'ing at its' best...
